Clubhouse Rentals

The Clubhouse is available for rental.  There is a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink available as well as about 16 chairs and 2 or 3 long tables.  It has been repainted and floor has been refurbished.  The large room will be closed off from the hallway for more private rentals.  Concessions will be housed in the old closet/changing room in the outdoor breezeway by the showers.  One free clubhouse rental per year is available to those who have paid their $60 SWCA dues for the year.  Non-residents/non swca memb

All consignors (sellers) will receive 50% of your sold items' sales price. You set the price and tag
your items with our online inventory system. Consigners do not need to be present for their

AUGUST 18TH MEETING

Hey, we're really getting this thing off the ground!  Already have a bunch of Block Captains and a couple of Zone Captains but we need a lot more of the first - not to mention 80% of people at least signing up as "Participants".  Block Captain probably takes no more than 15 hours a year (yeah, a year!) and really requires very little beyond e-mail and an occasional flyer distribution.  Remember, a lot of people doing a little work will launch this thing and keep it going.  I'm amazed when I walk my dog at night, how many houses have newspaper accumulations or o

Anyone got a webcam?

We're looking for a webcam we can hook up at the office.  Most webcams have software that can be set up for motion-capture and we'll hopefully catch any wrong-doers around the office.  If you have a webcam and would like to donate it, contact me.  For that matter, if you have any IT equipment I'll check it out to see if we can use it.
