Financial crises looms

For several years, SWCA has tried mightily, but failed to balance budget and meet the needs of community.
At this point, we need new and fresh ideas with enough detail that we can research and make a good plan.
The time is coming that we will not be able to kick the can down the road for much longer.
My two sense.
