WE NEED SWCA MEMBERS!! If you are currently a member THANK-YOU!! Our current situation is that our membership numbers are too low to sustain the budget and we are at a point that if our membership doesn't improve we will be forced to sell property and that is either our park, pool or both. It is highly possible that the city could buy the property and place a type of housing which could drive the property values down. If you are not a member please join and if you have a neighbor that is not a member please get them involved as $75.00 a year is a small price to pay for keeping property values high.

The neighborhood watch program has many people involved but needs the help of everyone. We would like to see everyone in the neighborhood involved which should keep crime to a very low level and with recent activity we need it. We have had burgleries, vandalism, an arson event and attempted child abduction. If you are not part of this effort please consider joining for all it asks of you is to call the police if you see a crime being committed.
