LABOR DAY WEEKEND
The pool will be free to all Salem Woods Residents and Non-resident Pool members for the Labor Day weekend.
The Pool will be closed after Labor Day, come enjoy the pool while you can!
The Salem Woods neighborhood pool and clubhouse is located at 4609 Rothwell Court in the Salem Woods subdivision. Clubhouse/Pool Rentals and Pool memberships are available. Scroll for all information.
We hope you are all having a great Summer! Most of you have received a flyer indicating individual, daily pool pass pricing for entrance to the Salem Woods pool. It seems there needs to be some clarification. Those of you who have paid your civic league dues of $60 for 2010, pay $5 per person to use the pool if you are not a pool member. Those who are not paid Civic League members pay $7 even if they live in the neighborhood. So, if you bring a friend/guest whose family is not on the list of paid Salem Woods Civic League members or who lives in another neighborhood, they would pay $7.
Pool membership forms are attached below for Residents and Non-residents who wish to join the pool at the now prorated prices for the rest of the 2010 season. During the above office closure time, you may join by paying the lifeguards your membership fees.
FEES ARE NOW PRORATED FOR THE REST OF THE SUMMER as follows:
RESIDENT FEES
Family $225.00 plus $60 SWCA= $285.00
Single Senior $75.00 plus $60 SWCA = $135.00
Senior Couple $135.00 plus $60 SWCA = $195.00
Single Adult $135.00 plus $60 SWCA = $195.00
NON-RESIDENT FEES
Family $275.00
Single Senior $125.00
Senior Couple $185.00
Single Adult $185.00
You can rent out the clubhouse year round. The fee is: $60.00 for Salem Woods residents. If you are a paid SWCA Civic League member for the current yr. (2010) you may rent the clubhouse for free twice a year! for Non-residents the clubhouse is $125 to rent. A $50 refundable deposit is required in a separate check and will be refunded to you if everything is cleaned up and there is no damage.
Pool Rental Pricing is as follows:
Sunday - Thursday first 2 hrs $150.00, Add'l hours $125.00
Friday - Saturday first 2 hrs $175.00, Add'l hours $150.00
2 lifeguards are required at $15/ea per hour payable with your rental fee
You may rent the pool anytime after 8 p.m. throughout the week. A $50 deposit is required, in a separate check and will be refunded to you if everything is cleaned up and there is no damage.
