Notes:
Meeting began at 6:PM. Attendees were Jim and Maureen Newton, Dan Shaw, Barry Ezell, Jim Bayley, and Judy Rodakis. The purpose of the meeting was to decide on an interim President.
The Board chose Barry Ezell. The Board decided to mention Rich's service and the accomplishments that happened on his watch in the May newsletter. We also decided to finalize yard bids late tonight after Dan had more time to review and organize bids.
Our next board meeting is May 4th. Cinco de Mayo Party on the 5th, and Community Forum on May 7th.
