A school bus is being parked overnight on Gedney Ct. last night a bus was parked on Willimantic where it intersects with Boxford Rd. They may be the same bus because of Gedney being a very small court. In any case it is a violation of the Association rules and the deeds folks need to do something about it.

Seems that the issue of school buses is still a problem this year. I have noticed at least three of them that are parked on the street or in someone's driveway. I was told that something will be done about it. We shall see.
It is my understanding, the deed restrictions are difficult to enforce since the only street ever recorded by the developer is Derby Wharf Drive. I have paid association dues and attempted to attend the meetings but I feel unwelcomed. I don't want to talk about the easter egg hunts and wine tasting, I go to talk about the plugged storm drains, the smurf blue paint, over grown yards and the blocked sidewalks. I understand your frustration. The view around these buses is very limited and it demishes road width significantly.
Now what do you about a neighbor, that doesnt live in the house but rents a room. Parks in front of my house with his raggly pickup truck, leaving a huge oil stain.? I know that their is not much that can be done but it is frustrating though. Did I mention he throws his butts in the steet too? lol
This issue is being addressed by our Deed Enforcement Board Member. Guidance concerning parking will be forthcoming.
