Clubhouse Rentals

The Clubhouse is available for rental.  There is a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink available as well as about 16 chairs and 2 or 3 long tables.  It has been repainted and floor has been refurbished.  The large room will be closed off from the hallway for more private rentals.  Concessions will be housed in the old closet/changing room in the outdoor breezeway by the showers.  One free clubhouse rental per year is available to those who have paid their $60 SWCA dues for the year.  Non-residents/non swca members can also rent the clubhouse for $125.00 per time.  A deposit of $200 is required two weeks in advance.  If the event is cancelled, SWCA will retain $50 of the deposit.   Forms (Pool  Rental Agreement, Clubhouse Rental Agreement and the Clubhouse checklist of your responsibilities) are available under the "Pool" Heading.  Please call the office at 495-4844 to reserve.
