The Neighborhood Watch Committee is responsible for organizing and potentially mobilizing the neighborhood, should a crime be suspected or committed. Our coordinator is Skip Heyman and you can reach him at home at 495-2237. Block Captains are needed - shouldn't be more than a 10-12 hour per year commitment, mostly e-mails to 20 homes or fewer.
